Spent £1 on a diet coke & lemon this morning, but nothing since.
Need to get a bday pressie for a friend tonight, but just a couple of quid there for a token pressie, and need to buy some groceries but have nectar points to use up.

50p on bottle of water while waiting for my hospital appointment, £4.23 at farm shop for salad bits...and it definitely is cheaper at Tesco!! Got a meeting tonight so should be no more spends for me today. I'd been hoping today would be one of my 3 No SPend Days lol0

Far too much today:
£5 sponsorship to colleague who climbed the 3 peaks on Saturday in aid of Marie Curie cancer care.
£5 sponsorship to Sport Relief for David Walliams channel swim (well done that man!)
£3 on a latte and a flapjack.
£5 debt repaid to another colleague who insisted on giving me a tenner last week to cover his £5 bill and I had no change at the time.
Took my packed lunch to work, but never got a chance to eat it today, so it'll be recycled tomorrow!Official DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0
