Skipton Lift SVR Mortgage Ceiling for Existing Customers

Skipton BS have today announced that from 1st March they are lifting their SVR mortgage ceiling for existing customers.

This means that when your deal ends you are now paying 4.95% instead of 3.5%
My 5 year fix ends in the Autumn and I was looking forward to 3.5% without having to worry about re-mortgaging with the associated costs.
