This isn't my recipe, in fact I can't remember who posted it, but they deserve a medal fo all out easy deliciousness!
2 crushed weetabix
2 cups flour
1 cup sultanas
1 cup sugar
mix all that together then add a cup of milk and a teaspoon of cinnamon or allspice, then bake on low for 45 minutes until cooked through.
It's delicious, whoever invented it should probably get post of the month!0 -

I have quite a lazy attitude to making lunch and it goes one of two ways usually. I keep bagels and pitta bread in the freezer and I buy soft cheese and hummus. Then I either take some pitta out of the freezer and my tub of hummus or take a bagel and the cheese. Takes seconds to pick these up and grab some fruit in the morning. By lunchtime the bread has defrosted.0

My favourite sandwich filling when on the run is banana, mashed with a sprinkling of cinnamon if you have the time.Context is all.

Filled Bagels and sandwiches with hard cheese, cream cheese, tuna, smoked salmon, tinned salmon, sardines all freeze well and you can make enough for the week ahead. Pack in foil, cling film or poly bags and take out each day. They will have defrosted within the hour. You can take cut up veggies, baby tomatoes, sticks or cucumber or carrot and fruit along with your prepared lunch. Enjoy0

Those cans of mixed beans form the supermarket are a great invention. You just drain off the water and add some chopped spring onion and/or pepper and you have lunch in less than a minute. Sometimes I use chickpeas too- good with cherry tomatoes, bit of oil and some chilli (no cooking needed and I make it in the container I eat out of to save washing up)
The leftovers from dinner is a good plan too- rice dishes like paella and egg fried rice work particularly well and you can eat them warm or cold. If you have a large baking tray you could also make a large pizza at the weekend and you'll have enough to last you until at least wednesday."People who "do things" exceed my endurance,

Have you tried bribing yourself? Work out how much you spend on lunches, make sandwiches or any of the other great suggestions on here and if you manage it for a week, you get £5 to spend on whatever you like. We do this at home on the basis that if you buy you'll spend at least £3 a day - over a 5 day week is £15 - you save £10 and get to treat yourself with £5. We save up our £5s and use them to buy stuff we shouldn't, like cds and books etc. Sandwiches have never been so interesting!0
