Hi & welcome to MSE
What is the bad credit specifically?
How long have you been SE and what is your net income?
What is the reason for not having accounts?0 -
hi thanks for the reply
hubby got a back injury about 10 years ago
left him unemployed for a long period and on disability
so all his loans
credit card bank loans store cars ect
are still being repayed at a reduced rate
but will all be settled in the near future
been se for about 5 years
hubby does own books
sorry were useless at this kind of thing what does
your accounts actually consist of
when you say net income does this include all income
ie is wtc or ctc taken into account or just based on the business0 -
One way would be to get a local chartered accountant to review your husbands accounts and certify them.
The other is to show your lender the tax assessment forms sent by HMRC which will show net taxable income together with the tax payable.
Either should be acceptable evidence for a lender as to proof of income.0
