I however received 2 e-mails from some of the companies listed (after I contacted them for samples that is...) and some of them replied already mentioning that some of the offers are redeemable straight from counters. I always get samples from the beauty counter.
I just say i am trying to find a moisturiser (or whatever) andd do they have any samples as i have 'difficult' skin, works with perfume as well moer often than not they will give you the little vials which are great for in your handbag.

I tend to go to debenhams beauty counter, i don't ask for specific brands i just tell them i am looking for a moisturizer i don't usually specify but if i do just say i heard such a brand is good but don't want to buy full pot as i have difficult skin.
As for perfume i have had eternity, davidoff and many others by saying perfume changes scent on my skin and need to try before i buy.;)

this is nothing new Ive been doing this for years, also look out for vouchers in magazines to take to the counters like clinique etc, they usually do this when a new product is due out:)
