You just make one using Word, or get a young person to do it.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0

Your invoice is your bill to the customer: layout and content vary according to the work done or services supplied, but there are fields that all invoices should have.
Obviously you put your client's name and address, and a contact name is useful to make sure it gets to the right place. Your (trading) name and address should appear too. The invoice date is essential. It is very useful if you have your own system for reference numbers e.g. SEBL001/client001
You need to state the amount payable with details of what it covers e.g.
To:
providing bricklaying services as agreed 15th January to 31st January
70 hours at nnn.nn per hour
VAT needs to be shown separately if applicable.
You could put something about settlement within 30 days, and if you will take a cheque.
You could create a template using Word, or get your own paper printedWho having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?
