Is there any 95% mortgages around anymore? Me and my fiance are looking to buy as soon as possible. we are looking to spend between 80,000 - 100,000 and we have saved enough for a 5% deposit plus fees. Just looking for some advice about where to look or if we are looking for something that doesn't exist!!
