Skipton offered a 9 month bond in May last year with an APR of 3.95% so it matures next month. It will be interesting to see what they offer when the bond matures. I expect to be putting my money elsewhere and I doubt I'll be the only one.0

Some of the banks have never lowered their SVRs much anyway. Standard Life has never gone below 5.34%.0
