Mistake on credit file
I have been declined tonight for a credit card which prompted me to check my credit report. My report still reads as good but with one major error. It has a joint loan for me and my partner down as just mine, it doesn't appear on his credit report but it appears twice, exact same information but twice making my credit owed as double what it should be. Who should I complain to first?

If it's with credit expert then you should take a note of the duplicate entries and send them a mail via their website stating that it is a duplicate entry. They will contact the lender to confirm and fix if necessary.
Remember though that although the credit reference agencies say how 'good' your score it, each company looks for different things to base their decision on.
