Hi me and my partner are looking to get a 100% mortgage maybe even 125%, however we have been told that both applicants need to be over the age of 21 to get one is this correct??????

Hi, most 100%-105% lenders will lend as long as you are over 18. For 125%, assuming you are looking at Northern Rock, the lead applicant needs to be 21 but the second only has to be over 18.Number 86 - Stole a car from a one legged woman... I'm just trying to be a better person0
