Can you still buy Cadbury Snaps?

I know this is an old thread but I had a sudden weird craving and realised I hadn't seen them for a while... Googled them and saw some very upsetting rumours they have been discontinued.

So does anyone actually still buy them? Were they discontinued? :eek: Are they in my local Asda, waiting patiently on the shelf for me to go and purchase these yummy, infuriatingly thin chocolatey snacks?

Cadbury chocolate orange Snaps with a cup of tea..... never a bliss like it!


You may think this is a slightly OTT post but for me this is a strong but relatively normal craving. In my last pregnancy I had a ridiculous craving for sponges..
Can anyone shed any light for me?:o

I cannot think of any good or reasonable excuse for Cadbury to discontinue them... I may send a letter of complaint

How sad though cups of tea will never be the same again!

I always thought they were a good seller, just to confirm i found this hamper on there online shop

Good grief! In all seriousness I do think it's rubbish, I never heard anyone say they didn't like them.
What a shame, looks like I'll have to rely on trusty maltesers!

nothing like them I know, but sounds nice. bet it tastes horrible though!

The only thing I can find on their website is on a page of one of their hampers which says:

'Please note the Cadbury Snaps as pictured have been discontinued. The Snaps will now be replaced with a Cadbury chocolate biscuit product of the same value'

Thank you for the suggestion but that sounds horrid!

I've just bought some Marshmallow fluff after a recommendation on the Grabbit board so I will satisfy my sweet tooth eventually!
