Impartial and comprehensive mortgage comparison sites

Hello,
I've been using the fsa.gov.uk comparison tables to try and find a mortgage for a house purchase, however the website hasn't been loading for me for the past couple of days.
I'm now getting desperate, because I need to get a valuation survey sorted soon or the property will go back on the market.
Can anyone recommend a good comparison site, with all lenders' rates available?
Or, if anyone could suggest a good mortgage with a low rate...I'm a FTB looking for 3yr fixed with an 80% LTV.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply.
I'm a bit confused about the Coventry deal; it looks as though I'll then be tied into their SVR after the two year fixed rate finishes. Is this the case?
The Post Office seem to offer the best deal so far for me, 4.99% for 3 years.0
