Grants for training course, to become self-employed

Hello all, I'm currently on Incapacity Benefit and have been for around 2 years. I would love to train as a dog groomer & become self-employed. The initial course will cost £2,000 plus 4 weeks of accommodation as I'll need to stay away for 5 nights a week. Equipment and lease on premises will be around another £8k. Does anyone know whether there are grants, loans or something similar available. I can't borrow money against my house as don't have an income & there's very little equity in it. I live in Plymouth Devon.
