Hi,
I've used this site before but am looking to be succesful with my debts in 2010.
The changes i am hoping to make in the very near future are:
Changing from Think banking costs £12.50 a month (really helpful for sorting bills etc) swapping to ordinary bank account and saving £12.50 per month!
Moving my DMP from Gregory penning whom i currently pay 15% of my weekly £55.00 debt repayment to (better off on debts i say!)
Not sure whether to handle the dmp myself or use Payplan, cccs etc?
I called GP this morning to find out what to do if i want them to stop and omg got the biggest load of sales patter you could imagine, i wouldn't care i wasn't even closing the account and told them this!! Lord knows what they'll be like at the time i actually say stop taking my money!!
Don't want to jump into anything atm so will carry on with GP until my arrangements are in place with either my new dmp company or i've done it myself.
Also putting the wheels in motions for CCA requests etc and have 2 ccj's registered one of which is almost paid, the other i can hopefully have removed as didn't live at address at time of registration.
So fingers crossed!

Hey missal and welcome back to MSE!
Seems like there're changes to be made that will put you in a better place financially. Definitely stop paying to pay your debts! There'll be loads of helpful people who can advise on dmp's etc. I don't have one so don't know anything about them.
But good luck with your journey! You'll make it if you want to!DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0
