I am badly after a new job but the new job i truly want asks for a reference from my old employee and my new one,Old Employee should be fine but i fear if they ask my new employee for a ref before i am given the job i will be sacked or get a bad one.

Your potential new employer should not ask for a reference before you announce you are leaving your current place of work that would just be daft! Ask them to wait until after you hand in your notice.0

Its asking for your present employer I assume? This is not out of the ordinary.
Any company that contacts your current employer to ask for a reference would be sooo stupid is bares to think about. I am sure there would be a legal case in there for financial loss if you were dismissed because they had a reference request!0 -
I would attach a note asking to only contact after a job is offered/accepted (on condition of satisfactory references).matched betting: £879.63
