i have been a temp for over 2years now, i was wondering what rights i have in terms of payrise etc etc (i am still on the same pay as when i started)

Unfortnately none whatsoever as long as the agency is paying you the minimum rate of pay that is fine according to them. I hate employment agencies and wish that they did not exist !0 -
Ask the Agency to ak the company you work for for a payrise. If you get more money so does the agency so it is within their interests.0
