Do decent 90% mortgages exhist anymore?

My husband and I bought our 2 bed flat in summer 06 and we've done some work to it since then. We've had it valued and looked at the market and I think we could probably get about what we paid for it (208k).
Anyway we have a toddler now and are wanting to buy a house. We are looking at houses in the price range of 280-310k. We would have a 10% deposit for this but not a 15%.
My question is are there any decent 90% mortgages about anymore or do we need to just stay put for another few years while we save another 15k? (frustrating as we have already run out of space and would like to have another child)

Nationwide do 90% mortgages, whether you call thm decent or not is another matter. If you have a Flex account with them you get a better rate.Squish0

verytricky,
There are 90% mortgages around, though not nearly as many as 2 years ago. If you goto https://www.moneysupermarket.com you can enter the details and find who would be willing to lend to you and at what rate. Rates are a lot higher than if you can get a 15% deposit or an even bigger deposit.0
