what can I do to get maintanence???

Hi

We have had nothing but trouble from the CSA since we took residency of our grandson in 2002 trying to get regular maintenance from both the NRP's.

At present we do get maintenance from the non resident father, although I have to chase that up every month because the employer fails to send it in on time, this is dispite the inspector visiting the employer on at least 3 seperate occassions, they just ignore and send the payments when they get round to it, they have told the inspector that getting the money to the CSA is not a priority.

Our main concern is that I informed the CSA at the beginning of Sept 09 with new info on our daughter, I gave them her new employment details, place, phone number, address, uniform details, you name it, I supplied it. It was confirmed that our daughter was still claiming DWP benefits for the next few weeks, and nothing was showing about her employment apart from the details I had provided.

I seemed to be dealing with a very nice person (for a change) at the CSA and he confirmed to me that he had done all the neccessary paperwork to save time, so that when it went down to the assessment team all the hard work had been done for them, all they had to do was implement it, he had even walked down the paperwork to the department himself so he knew they had it as he cold see from our file that we had not had any luck with regards the CSA getting us regular payments from either NRP since our claim started in 2002.

However after all this time I have still not received anything saying how much we should receive, I have not had any payments since Sept 09 and since before xmas they have told me she nolonger works there, which is not true, she is still working there as she comes to collect her son in her uniform and when I have phoned her mobile a couple of times she has infact been on duty at work.

I am now banging my head against the wall and sick to death of the CSA failings again on our case, where can I go and what can I do to get this sorted.

The CSA response is dont worry you will get the arrears, well that doesnt wash as we are still waiting for other outstanding arrears which they have a liabilty order for and and we still havent had those!!!

Please help me out.
