Faulty prize - any ideas?

Hi all
I won one of the PC Advisor prizes just after New Year - some computer software which arrived safe and well.
However when I tried to register it it said it had already been registered to a company so therefore couldnt be registered by me also. I phoned a number on the box who told me the same thing also. So I basically have the prize but its completely unusable.
Ive emailed 3 times and left a message with PC Advisor but they dont respond.
Any ideas please?
