    Nope I am intolerant to high fat foods like cream and belly pork - fine with skimmed milk and most cheese though (as long as I dont eat tons) :o

    Its likely to be an error with the encoding for the smilies - I think they are an add on to the forum software - you can enable them or not...so perhaps confused has been disabled accidentally...

    The doc has put me on an 'elimination' diet to rule out lactose intolerance...my DS and my dad both have it.

    Its hard....couldn't figure out what to have for breakfast as I still haven't had time to go out and get any lactose free milk or stuff...

    I have porridge made with water - takes a bit of getting used to but is actually nice :)
