strange call

wondering if maybe i have won something:rolleyes: got a call yestrday when i answered went to voicemail saying"sorry our agent is busy we will be in touch with you within 7 days " it was them that phoned me:rotfl:anway when i phoned back the number was with held but i seem to remember when i answered the phone im sure they said welcome to hbo west any ideas?:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Was the call from this number: 08005426936? I had a missed call from them yesterday but when I googled the number it came up as a marketing agency so I didn't bother ringing it back!

I had a call yesterday from 01619424683, trying to sell me something, they had my details from a survey, quite determined, i said i wasn't interested and hung up once and they rang back, which i ignored.

I got a call yesterday morning which I missed (on my mobile). When I rang back there was a recorded message saying I'd recently shown an interest in taking out a magazine subscription and they'd be in touch.

Hope yours was a win not a sales call.

I have had loads of calls from this number trying to sell me magazines and newspapers. But apparently it's the same number that calls for wins, too.

When they try to sell me something I just say I'm unemployed and skint (I'm not but it gets rid of them). Cheers, hope it is a win

I just got a call from this number half an hour ago! Didnt answer it though, and I looked it up on Google and found the same as you, that it seems to be a marketing agency.
