  • I've used the Telegraph/Waitrose £10 off £50 voucher in Bury and Walkden without probs.

I do speak to customer services first to confirm and then tell the cashier as I hand over the voucher
  • Which type of store take these? Do express stores?

  • Hello

Do Tesco EXPRESS take newspaper MOC's, printable MOC's, farmfoods etc?

And do they take them for items that you havn't bought?

I asked before but the post got moved into the big tesco thred and lost.

    Thanks

    Mat
  • my large tesco - refused this "£10 off a £50 spend at waitrose" coupon last week . i was kept waitng at the till for ten minutes while a staff member was found to ask whether it could be used and, as the phrase goes, the computer say no. i had spent over £150 with them at the time. today i rang customer services and was told that they don't accept these conditional coupons as a policy any more, but some stores may at their discretion ... when i asked how i would know which store would accept them or not, i was told i'd have to ask the manager of each store, she couldn't tell me, and besides then the manager might change his mind the next day. how helpful.
i have already bought today's telegraph and spent it at waitrose. i shall get tomorrow's as well and spend that at waitrose mid-week. not only is it a great saving, but their staff are all lovely there too.
  • Apologies if this has already been posted somewhere else, but just to let you all know that I spent just over £100 this morning at my local Tesco store in Daventry and they accepted the £10 discount voucher that Asda are printing in the national papers this weekend. My nearest Asda is in Rugby so maybe that's the reason why or has anyone else had the same result?

Asda dicount vouchers end tomorrow I believe with spend £50 get £5 off and spend £100 get £10 off. Maybe worth a try at your Tesco store this weekend. :)

They accept the Farmfoods ones so it shouldn't be a problem.

My Tesco is a Metro and we got in some big A1 size posters to advertise the fact we would be taking the Adsa coupons, so I would stick to your guns as we should be taking them
Sometimes I wake up grumpy, other times I let him sleep !:rotfl:

They should not be taking farmfoods vouchers, they are not in Tescos list
