Clerical Medical - HELP!

Options
I bought a flat in 2002, I was a student and had to have my stepmother as a guarantauer.
Pretty much didn't know what I was doing, and followed instructions.

I paid all my own mortgage payments and have done since I owned the flat. I have alot more bills to pay now I"m no longer a student, one of which being self employed tax.
I've been struggling with money for a while now, and I have a Clerical Medical policy which is over 100 pounds a month, that I could really use else where ( I have credit card debts on top of all of this). the cost seems to go up every month!!

SOMEONE HELP! I'm so clueless with money.

  • Looks like a pension possibly? You need to ring up and speak to them about it to discuss your options.

May not be an endowment as the premiums have to be the same for at least the last 10 years. Low start ones tended to have stepped premiums for 5 years. Its been running for 8 years.
