Hi
I wrote to Russell the MD a few days ago (on russ@valueflora.com) and he has just responded.
Bottom line is he will replace immediately my DOA bird of paradise with a more expensive bunch.
I'm well chuffed with this and with this one exception I've been very pleased with the six orders I've arranged since May - stick with them I say.0 -
Same here, bought the sunflowers and they arrived all wilted, petals falling off and generally dead looking. So emailed them and they sent a replacement but they were worse, so i gave up! I will never use this Company again, better off with Supermarket bunches!Envy is the most stupid of vices, for there is no single advantage to be gained from it.:A0

Crikey - that's soo not my experience - apart form the dead bird of paradise.
Tesco is truly dreadful and all the rest cost a bomb...email the MD - do it now, as he not long sent me an email, so he might respond swiftly.
Good luck!0 -
oh yes, thanks to marymilkmaid for the tip off re: emailing company0
