Homeworking and Survey Sites

I am new mother (little one is now 4 months old!) and i have just over 6 months maternity leave left, though from next month my pay halves. Im basically looking for work from home sites which are genuine, with no outlay or selling etc. I also have plans to sell my craft works etc on ebay, and i am hoping to restart doing photography jobs now i have got into a routine with my son.
I have joined a few survey sites so far, but i also would like to do an online/offline typing job. Trouble is there are so many sites offering the best options or so called best plans. Some of them seem good till you look and see a charge. I really need advice on the best typing from home online/offline sites which are free. I have always done admin type work upto having my baby and I see homeworking as best option so i can be with my little boy as he grows.
Any advice would be a great help.

By the way with regard to selling your crafts on eBay you may want to also consider listing stuff on http://www.etsy.com which is a dedicated marketplace for crafts. And lots of opportunities for selling photographs and prints online either via royalty-free stock sites, rights-managed stock sites or print-on-demand websites.
Good luck.0
