Does anyone know roughly after tax, ni etc has been taken out of a salary of 26k a year how much you'd actually take home?
A job has come up which would be a 7k increase for me, and just wondered how much extra would be in pay packet?

Thanks for the calculators - didnt realise they existed!
Just trying to work out whether or not to go for the job - though have got to work out if I want to go for it just because of the pay rise or if I want the job - as if it's not really the latter then I know i'll probably regret it.
An extra £450 or so a month would help, in my circumstance I would probably be breaking even again - so do you think if that were the case that I should still go down the road of an IVA.Lightbulb moment - 30/06/06
