Does anyone know of a release date for the Region 2 version of the extended DVD (the one with 2 discs)? Region 1 was out last December but I can't find any dates for region 2 (UK).

Sorry, this is not the extended edition. There doesnt seem to be any reference to it on google with exception to someone talking about getting a swedish release of it from the swedish cd-wow site.0
