Refunds @ Tesco no receipt Mini moblie

My husband won a min moblie which Tesco sell exclusivley it worth about £20 we dont want it so we like to return it for a refunds but we dont have the receipt, will Tesco accept the return? Will get credit note/voucher or will they only accept returns with a receipt?

You can't claim a refund on something you didn't pay for.

If it is exclusively theirs then its likely they will give you an exchange for something else/credit note. This will probably be at the staff's discretion so remember sweetness and light works better than fury in these situations lol!

Of course you wont have the receipt as you didnt pay for it.
Some shops dont refund on mobiles, you might be best selling on ebay if you dont want it

Think you could take it back and get goods to the value or like someone else said put it on Ebay.

If it is a Tesco branded product, and returned as sold they will exchange at current selling value for something else in the same section.

If the phone doesn't say Tesco on it, you may be better off speaking to someone from electrical before hand as they can back you up that it's exclusive to Tesco (so not purchased at Sainsburys) the normal CSD staff may not be aware that the phone is exclusive to Tesco.

On a similar note, I managed to get two mobiles from the Marks and Spencer glitch. To be honest I don't really need them. Is there any possibility I could get a refund from M and S? I obviously don't want a refund of the £6 paid!

If its on orange then its a no. Orange pay as you go mobiles cannot be returned anywhere
