I have just got a quote from them 35% cheaper than anywhere else for a transfer of equity including all other charges.

Anyone had experiences of them good or bad?

Have a look at the thread re Wolstenholmes. You could usefully ask how long Home solicitors has been in being and whether anyone used to work at Wolstenholmes. Now is not the time to be rushing into cheapo conveyancing on the internet.

crabbman2004..why dont you do some independent research when you're offered something too good to be true???.....you have the biggest research tool at your fingertips...use it you will be amazed at what you find....

I instructed this firm to conveyance my sale and purchase. What a mistake that was! From the start it was the most difficult part of my move, believe it or not. Nothing was more stressful than dealing with this firm. Ill have to list the reasons why.. etc etc
