How Long Do I Have To Wait Before I Can Remortgage?

Good Afternoon,
I am just looking for some advise. I completed last week on a Repossessed Flat that I will be living in at a cost of 100k (90k mortgage). I spent the weekend painting, decorating and furnishing the flat and had it valued by an estate agent this morning at 135k.
I would be keen to release a proportion of this equity to purchase another repossession property I have found rather than using another lump sum out of my savings. Is this possible to do or will I have to wait 6 months?
The mortgage is with Halifax as a First Time Buyer?
Thanks
