MR- i know the feeling! sponge is of course the answer- perhaps hollowed out to hold a bar of soap then cut to the desired outer shape and covered in thin towellign material? (the thin kind of flannels and towels you get a poundshops would be ideal) perhaps with either safety eyes or fabric eyes sticthed on?0

i thought stitched on, just so there is nothing that could come off or scratch potentially
even sort of embroidered
i would cover the soap in the sponge too, littlies can leave things in water, and the soap would go gooey0 -
crazygirl - (or anyone ?)
You might know how to do this..............I've been trying to make an Easter egg out of felt.........was just going to stuff it, weight down the bottom with some glass beads I've got, stick goggle eyes on -just a 'silly pressie' for my teenage grandkids at Easter.
I've got some wooden eggs and tried using them as a sort of mould but got nowhere:rolleyes:I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

These are so funny, but in a good way. I love Nuggins (the green one) but my favourite is Kissen McTeefins - just a little scary on one level but absolutely fabulous. The names are wonderful. :rotfl:0

Ooo thanks for that, I've just added 'it' to my ignore list. Best medicine for nasties like 'it' are to ignore, they do go away.
The monsters are fab by the way... and I for one really love seeing other people's creations.... it gives me inspiration to either copy or adapt.
Keep them coming.... more monsters please!!!!"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0
