  • Was excited to see the free whisky offer, but then I go to the website and see its only for England and Wales!! what about Scotland and Ireland - we love our whiskies!!!

    I take it you couldn't use it at the same bar but maybe if you have several in your town that are participating you could basically go on a pub crawl. Bells might sue you for abusing the system tho.

    Ruby, maybe they think the Irish and Scots drink enough already! Sorry, couldn't resist and I'm part Scots and a bit of Irish myself so I hope you'll excuse my stereotyping. It is pretty rotton it's not UK-wide tho, I agree :)

  • Don't bother trying to exchange it in the Crown in Liverpool (near Lime St station). It's on the list of participating pubs but refused to accept the voucher on Saturday, even after the staff scrutinised it at length!!
