hi back on track for visa paying.got first weeks wages on friday from new job.we managed to pay off £440 this week:j ,as we also had some money saved up from final pay cheque from old job.
On Saturday managed to get a £26 dress in Next clearance shop for £2.70 because it had a mark on the front of it which came out first wash

    paid off £200 off of tesco card this week and £50 off of the halifax one.today we transfered some more from the halifax to tesco(0%) so hopefully will be able to shift this lot as well

    bills day today i covered all the usual bills
    and have £120 left over....grr i was hoping it would be more so i could knock more off the debt. its burning a hole in my pocket but not sure if i should put it all on one cc or hold on to some of it in case its needed in the week.
    i dont feel so happy today i usualy put so much more on the debts..grr
    i cant wait to be df in stead of dfw
    i wished i didnt bt it now it would have looked better if i had left it as it was...grrr

    still tring to stick to this as well.
    incomings
    1200 a month wadges 300 a week max can varry
    100 a month child benefit

    outgoings
    100.00 a month council tax
    90.00 a month visa
    70.00 rent a week
    7.00 gas meter a week
    7.00 elec meter a week
    40.00 shopping a week
    10.00 4 mobiles on paygo a month only if urgently needed if not none bought
    20.00 on days out with kids we take pack lunch
    40.00 for petrol for work
    30.00 month bt phone
    15.00 internet with tesco
    10.00 month tv licence saving for it

    If you're not sure if you need it why not pay £80 of one of the debts and leave £40 for emergencies. You can always pay it off next week if you dont need it. At least that way the whole amount isnt burning a hole (and believe me I know all about that, great big holes in all my pockets).
    The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:

    You're doing great' don't be too hard on yourself!!!:j It doesn't have to be all or nothing with the spare cash - pay 1/2 now, hide the rest away in case of emergencies then use what's left next week.
    A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
