Our NRP has DOE was due 13.01, as yet haven't recieved it, when I spoke to some at the CSA they said that they have until the 19th to pay but didn't say what happens after that
. I'm getting concerned as we have the remainder of her school trip to pay for by the end of the month.
The DOE has been in place for many years but has recently increased due to change of circumstances at both ends.
All payments go to our daughter that helps to contribute to music lessons & School trips plus clothes/shoes etc.
Can anyone tell me what happens when the payment is delayed?

I was due a payment around 10th December by DEO, the employers always get to the 19th of the following month to pay it in but in my experience the CSA does !!!!!! all. I am still waiting for my December payment now and the January one is now to the stage it should be in, it isn't and all I got told was to phone back later in the week. In the past 3 years only 10 payments via a DEO have actually made it to my account on time.0

my payments are due on the 19th of every month and not once have they been on time just recd my payment for december i usually have to wait til at least the beginning on the next month for my payments as it takes 7-10 days to clear in theyre system after the payment is recd from hte employer and the employer usually doesnt send it in til the 18th knowing it will not reach the agency on time...0

Hi
We have payment from the NRP for our grandson, the payment is meant to be with CSA by the 19th of the month but it never is. I am constantly on the phone month in month out chasing up payments. I know for a fact that the inspector has paid 3 visits (the inspector has phoned me personally to let me know what is going on) to the employer about the payments not being received on time and their response to the inspector was that they did not see it as a priority, the inspecter told them they are liable to a fine for late payments but that threat hasn't worked and they continue to send them in late. I agree that the blame is with the employer but then again if the CSA has power to fine the employer then they should take the appropriate action instead of doing what they are good at - NOTHING!!
