good luck for today, it'll be fine, give us an update later if you can..
  • Well its over! Thank God!! We went today to Brighton County Court ! We were an hour early so went on a walk as mum was so nervous! We went in saw a few people to check the paperwork then went upstairs to wait and see the judge :S:S After waiting around an hour, the usher came out and told us our case had been approved and we were to go back downstairs and wait for our stamped bit of paper ! Which was a relief !
We had people at the door the other day and have been sitting in the dark every since! LOL! But the main creditors that are techinically "harrasing" us, as the National Debt Line have advised us, phoned again . The first thing mum said is im bankrupt! This woman still tried to convince mum that she needed to pay some money.. My mum quoted her number and put the phone down!! We phoned the OR with a question about Bank Accounts and have to phone back tomorrow... but good news is it will be a telephone interview.. Just wondering what we should expect... mum doesnt own anything of any value.. has debts arounf £15,000 (HAD HAHA) her sole income is Benefits... Any help would be nice :D xx

try not to worry about the telephone interview they'll just ask about what mum has spent last time she used credit etc etc nothing sinister at all just tell her to answer what they ask the best she can..if she cant remember some bits then tell them that & she'll be superfine
