won employment tribuneral - now what ???

My daughter who is 18 has been involved in an employment tribuneral since august last year. She attended on friday and was successful and won the amount requested plus 2 weeks wages as damages.
She was basically under paid the minimum wage had no contract and when she left received various threatening messages from the guy saying he was taking legal action against her.
We had the hearing delayed twice, due to various excuses and lies, and friday he didnt turn up again, but was finally caught out by the judge and the case was heard.
The final thing the judge said was he admired my daughter courage and strength with this. BUT ........ he awarded the money to her and said the plaintiff had 2 weeks to request a review from the date of the trial.
Now the letter will be sent to him this week, what do we do if he fails to reply, do we need bailiffs to action this??
Or if it goes to a review what happens???
any help greatly appreciated

I would say that although giving 2 weeks for a review looks bad, it is probably good. If plaintiff didn't turn up, judge is not iimpressed. Judge probably does not want plaintiff to win on appeal. If judge does not offer 2 weeks, plaintiff can come back and appeal at any time, but by saying 2 weeks, he has limited the options for the plaintiff to appeal.
Just be patient and keep quiet. Don't brag to anyone about winning, least of all former fellow employees. After the fortnight, set about enforcing the judgement.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. thanks for the advise. We have been told the 2 weeks is fromthe date of hearing, and the judge spoke to plaintiff on the telephone to find out where he was. He said he had wrote in and rang a few days previous to say he wasnt attending again and wanted a different date, but acas had confirmed with him the day before about the hearing and he had agreed he was going. Im so glad they record those telephone calls now!!!
Its been a very long case, the judge said he was squirming and wriggleing as he was in the wrong.
The total award is now about a grand, loads if your 18 and at collage.
