Nothing at all I'm afraid so this MAY be doing them a great injustice.
I would be very very careful indeed of these type of courses, particularly in this sort of field. Does it lead to a recognised qualification that would be understood in other fields? What I mean is, everybody has heard of a GCSE, HND or PhD. Doing an ABCD is only of limited value (however worthy and hard it may be) if the rest of the world have no idea what it is!
Can you visit their premises? Can you get in touch with former students that you can verify (i.e not just an email)?

I did the soap course a couple of years back and it came in the form of a large book to work through with questions at the end of each chapter (which had to be posted back for marking) and a practical & written final assessment at the end. The coursework really did cover EVERYTHING about making m&p soap & running a soap business (marketing, legal stuff, safety assessments etc.) and I used it for reference for quite a while afterwards.
I wasn't interested in an actual qualification (not necessary in soap making!), so the value & accreditation of the certificate at the end wasn't important to me. Obviously that's not the case with all courses though, so it's worth checking for your particular field.
Hope that's of some help!0
