A Brussel Sprout feast!!!

Hi again
Just wanted to share my brussel sprout feast experience!
In my quest to use up the last of the Christmas ham on something a bit different I stumbled upon a Covent Garden Soup recipe for Gammon and Brussel Sprout soup. I absolutely love brussels and ham so I thought it would be perfect ...... and it was the most revolting thing I have ever tasted
.
I gave some to the children for lunch who both tried it and pulled faces :rotfl: I wasn't going to be beaten though (and I really didn't want to waste the last of my lovely ham) so I finished mine and then had the rest for dinner last night.
I think I ended up eating about 30-35 sprouts yesterday :rotfl::o. I think that has cured my love of sprouts!
Just because it's a covent garden recipe doesn't mean it's going to be nice
Just thought you might like a chuckle
