What did I do wrong?

i made a pasta salad with tuna apple mayonaise and lemonjuice and me and ds had it for tea on thursdaynight I had plenty left over so I covered it and put it in the fridge on the middle shelf there was nothing else on this shelf (fridge gets very lonely at the end of the week) I planned on having it for lunch on the friday. I dished it and gave ds his plate he started muching away happily but the phone rang so I was later in starting mine it tasted absolutely vile!!!! Stangely enough I had to pry it out of ds's hands as he obviously liked it (he's 18 months). Was it a bad combination or one of those things???

x Anne
ps ds id fine and did not have anything to show it had disagreed with him

A new kind of yoghurt perhaps. y1.gif
I think outside the box - I can also think round corners. :p

Was it in a metal bowl? The lemon juice could react with that. I wouldn't have though it was the lemon/mayo combination - I make lemon mayo and it tastes just fine.

nope it was in a plastic bowl. It's a shame ds is too young to ask what was wrong as he did not appear to have a problem with it then again he thinks toilet roll is for eating too...
