I would like a free phone number for Tesco's as my bread that has been delivered is stale, not really worth running my phone bill up for this, is there a number, Thanks.

Sorry I havent got a freephone number for you, but I do have some agreements
I did my first online shop with Tescos last week, and it all went smoothly, until the following day when I found two items were missing (I didnt have time to check it the night before), and that ALL the bread items had the previous (delivery) date on them. GRRR! It really annoys me as how do they think I'm going to eat 12 rolls, a loaf of bread AND a pack of tortilla wraps in one day!
I doubt I'll be using them again as although the missing items were refunded I didnt notice the date issue until after I had called them.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
Safesound, I have now emailed them as it's free, maybe not so effective as moaning on the phone. I will wait for a responce, weather the item is a quid or more I expect it to be edible for my kids and not the ducks. The driver had said many of the items yesterday were substituted even after loads of deliveries to the store of salads and barbeque items. Perhaps I should feel lucky that we have stale bread to eat, bring on the rashioning.
Hope they take my email seriously and refund likewise.0 -
You can call Head Office on 0800 505 555 but only opened mon-sat.
If you emailed them, don't expect a reply for a few days. But first, the most asked question:
Q "Is anything worn under your kilt???"
A "No. Everything is in perfect working order Thank You!!."0 -
9-6 for tescos CS BTW:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
