I know this has probably been asked before but I couldn't find it.I defrosted a chicken then I roasted it will be ok to make into something else tomorrow?Thanks in advance

Can i just hijack and ask the same for lamb? If i defrost it, roast it, then make it into, say a curry - could i then freeze the curry and reheat another day?0
