For some reason my inlaws downloaded Microsoft Outlook accidentally over Christmas, they were using Outlook Express before, they had a bit of trouble at first as Outlook would only send emails and Express receive emails, in the mean time they got it sorted out (not sure who by because they are not very computer savvy).
While I was there this weekend I noticed that when they open up Outlook no emails download into the inbox, they click the send/receive button for them to appear in the in box.
Is there a way to correct this?
