How long does it take for Valued Opinions to send paper vouchers?

Firstly i'd like to apologise in case this is in the wrong forum, was not sure where to post this

Anyways. I normally choose Amazon vouchers and receive them instantly from Valued Opinions, but last time i decided to order an Marks and Spencers paper voucher. Its been over a month now, and i've received nothing, had no email to say it has been dispatched or my order is being processed.

I was planning on calling them tomorow to check. Would anyone whos had experience of this before, happen to know how long this usually takes for them to send?

I claimed a Tesco voucher in November, it didn't arrive so I emailed them.

Received the following reply on 5 Jan and my voucher arrived yesterday.

Thank you for your email. We use a mailing company that usually delivers
vouchers within 28 days. There are currently delays to this usual time frame
as the Mailing Company had to reorder more stock. You should receive your
voucher within the next week or so. We are very sorry for the delay.
