Anyone heard of/used Bliss Rings?

They were at a wedding fayre we popped into today, they come to your house so you can try on hundreds and you can even design your own ring. They seem to be quite upfront about their pricing (http://www.blissrings.co.uk/how-rings-are-priced/) and from what we've seen they don't look too expensive but before we book an appointment has anyone else used them or heard anything about them? Nothing comes up on a google search!

Hi we met these at a few wedding fairs, there are a couple of other companies doing it too. I got the impression that this was a franchise type thing and that the people coming to your house would be on a comission. This put us off to be honest, I didn't like the idea of the 'hard sell' once they were sat in our living room! However the rings did look nice, just would have preferred a shop to go into so we could leave if we wanted to.
:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:

    Hi
We meet a similar company at a wedding fair. I was attracted to the claim that you could design your own rings and was told a designer would come out to discuss options with us.
To be honest I was quite disappointed, it turned out that you were limited to what the ring was made out of as a design option and that was about it. Also the person who came out to us wasn't a designer.
However, there was no hard sell which I had been worried about, but the cost of the rings was about the same as a high street store and TBH given the choice between the two I'd go with the more well known brand!!
I agree with Frannyann though, if you get one that does do the hard sell then it's a lot harder to leave your front room then a shop!!

i used smooch wedidng rings, girl came out and we spent ages going through the rings, pricing was ok and the girl was complety upfront about her commission when i asked her about it. We booked with them cause both of us found rings we loved and had not seen anywhere else. We are paying our rings up by direct debit over 9 months and get them at the end so no finance. I am going to pay them off in full next month as cant wait to get them!!!

we also got 3 free silver gifts for bridesmaids and a best man thing which we would have got anyway if we never bought anything.

No one can hard-sell me, I don't give a monkeys how much of their time I waste :D I think it might be worth a look, we've looked in various shops and seen nothing we instantly loved.
