Boots online reviews - no negatives

A few days ago i reviewed some items on the boots website all my positive reviews show but the 2 negative ones don't.....just thought i'd let you know, i quite often read the reviews before buying a product now i know its not giving a true picture.

Thanks for that. It's really dishonest of them if they're not showing the negative reviews. I've bought a few beauty items from QVC and all the negative reviews are there with the positive ones.

I'd contact Boots on their website and complain.

I am always suspicious when there are only positive reviews. At least Amazon publishes everything good or bad. I once got onto one of those reader testing panels on a magazine, but they changed all my negative/neutral reviews into positive ones so I quit.

I didn't think my reviews were really negative i just mentioned how a lip plumping gloss which was meant to tingle, was actually very painful.

I emailed boots to complain about my order which should have been delivered before xmas but dhl said the ice made the driving conditions too dangerous...it wasn't that bad.......it actually ended up arriving in thick snow....boots didn't bother to reply.

That's such a shame to hear as I really like Boots as a shop. I've ordered one thing online and had no problems. I'm disappointed to hear that they take that approach. How misleading.
Never argue with an idiot; they'll bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.
