I won one of the free pontins hols but cannot go so giving it to someone else. Does anyone know if they will allow me to change the names on the booking?

I dont know but on arrival i did have to write all our names down.But after that didnt check at Prestatyn.No passes like at Haven.

just give them a ring, there shouldn't be any problem, i needed to change a name of person going, they were extremely helpful. they need to know who is on site in case of a fire etc they said and were grateful i'd let them know (that was at southport).

Regarding my earlier post, no problem with names change. Just fone pontins and tell them new names. No extra cost for doing so...
