Template letter & info here - http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/england_wales/factsheet.php?page=24_full_and_final_settlement_offers
How much to offer depends on if the debts have already been defaulted, if they are with DCAs and various other items.
If they aer defaulted and with an external DCA and you are paying less than the minimum in monthly repayments then try starting at 25-30%A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
CCA first then negotiate, thats the advice I was given on here.0
