The Cellar downstairs is lovely too. Great Indian food.

Plus, you can take your own wine or beer for a small fee.

Oh, the Dahkin and the Dhabba in the Merchant City are both great for Indian food. As someone said, check out 5pm for offers.

Balbairs in the west end (church street) is great. Try the banquet - a bit of everything to your tastes.

Sadly I didn't get to try it as they were all out of kobe by the time we got there (busy friday night .. boo..), definitely going to try again though!

I'd say Central. I live near Loch Lomond so I get the train up to Q.Street, but I don't mind a bit more travelling if it's a really good place to be honest.

mitchells in carmunnock it is in the southside ofglasgow or there is an italian place just at corner of george square
