I bough DD a SOny ipod dock for Christmas. The receipt came with a leaflet that says:
Free 2 year guarantee on our entire technology range.
If a fault develops during the period of guarantee, please call our Technology customer service centre on 0845 6710665 who will advise you on the best course of action. This could be technical support, arranging for repair, or outlining process for returning.
