Recipe ideas for fresh almonds and hazelnuts

I have some of both left over from Christmas (we could find the nutcrackers) so unlike the walnuts and pecans that can be cracked together they were left. Having got nutcrackers for 99p in the Lakeland sale I can now crack them without hitting myself with a hammer!

Anyone have fantastic recipes for them?
Put the kettle on. ;)

I had a glut of brazil nuts which I chopped up and made into my version of 'Brazil Nut Anytime Cookies'. I was worried that the brazils might go a bit rancid over time so wanted to freeze them. I chopped them up using a superb chopper which I got in the Lakeland sale and then googled for a suitable cookie recipe. I then decided to make the dough into the 'Anytime' version [where you tip it into the middle of a large piece of clingfilm and make it into a sausage shape about 7-8cm wide) that can be put into the freezer for around 6 weeks. When you want to make half a dozen cookies you cut 6 discs of about 1 cm thick from your frozen dough and put them on a baking tray well spaced. You cook for about 8-10 mins at 180C.
